2009 Week 8 Preview

The playoff pictures are shaping up after 2 weeks of district play. In district 1, Miami is 2-0 and Hardin-Central is also undefeated but is yet to play a district game. In district 2, DeKalb and St. Joseph Christian sit atop with 2-0 records heading into week 8. In district 3, Nodaway-Holt is 2-0 and Mound City is 1-0, but there are alot of big games left to play in what might be the most exciting district. In district 4, Stanberry is 2-0 while Worth County and North Nodaway are both 1-0.

This week, Miami will play Hardin-Central in a battle of district unbeatens. Craig/Fairfax will head to South Holt in a game that will play a big role in determining the playoff qualifiers out of that district. The game of the week might be 5-2 Nodaway-Holt vs. 5-2 St. Joseph Christian.
